I love this blog. Big fan of Gong & Hillage, as well as Zappa, Tull, Soft Machine and other progressive music posted here.
ReplyDeleteJust thought I would let you know that there is another version of this show circulating that sounds much better to my ears. This is a terrific show and well worth seeking out. The other version has 7 index points, even though the artwork shows only 6 songs, with lettering in a cloud that says "Anaheim 70."
Thanks again for sharing all the great music.
nice
ReplyDeleteHello Hal,
ReplyDeleteFirst, thanks for all this great music. It's much appreciated. Second, I noticed that you once had the Tull May 5, 1971 "Clive's Last Show" boot posted. I was hoping you might be able to post it again. I know that it's not a great sounding recording, but it's certainly historically significant and currently very hard to find.
Feel free to email me at granger@geneseo.edu
Thanks.
